Our first letter!!!

We just got a letter! We just got a letter! We just got a letter from our Sister Tait!!! :)

We just got our first letter from our missionary today!!! Yay!!!! So awesome to hear from her! It makes everything alright seeing that she is doing so well. She is doing great and loving the MTC! She was the last one in her district to arrive, then got her name tags, took her luggage to her room then met her companion Sister Hoffman from Kayesville, UT. Her companionship is a threesome with her, Sister Hoffman and Sister Brown. They are joining the choir tomorrow and will get to sing at the devotional on Tuesday. She loves the apples - of course and had a little bit of the other food...oh and ice cream on Wednesdays and Sundays. :)

Wednesday (the day she went into the MTC) was the most missionaries the have ever had come into the MTC. 944!!! She missed us Wednesday night yay! (Not yay that she missed us, but you know - Chelsey the rock. It is good to hear that she missed us but now everything is ok). She is loving it in the MTC and loves her district with 5 sisters (sister Tait, Sister Hoffman, Sister Brown, Sister Bergeson, Sister Jensen who are all going to New Hampshire) and 6 elders (Elder Bury, Elder Gagon, Elder McConkie, Elder Jex, Elder Bush, Elder Thurman going to Portland and California). In all they have 18 sisters going to New Hampshire together and so far have found 6 elders.

She loves getting mail and packages of course and is having a great experience and learning so much! More news on Wednesday when we hear from her again! Happy, happy day!!!
